Dariya S. Kucheryaba

Dariya Kucheryaba is a senior trial attorney at Ott Law Firm. She runs civil litigation matters end-to-end — from pleadings and discovery strategy through depositions, dispositive motions, and trial. When a case is in discovery war, Dariya is usually the one setting the pace of it.

Her civil-litigation practice spans personal injury, employment discrimination and retaliation, insurance bad faith, and complex business disputes. She prepares cases the way trial lawyers have to: backwards from closing argument. Every document served, every deposition taken, every motion filed is in service of the story a jury will hear.

Dariya also chairs The Missouri Bar’s Media Law Committee, advising the bar community on defamation, publication liability, online speech, privacy, and reputation disputes. That credential supports selective intake where media-law issues intersect with the firm’s broader trial practice.

Dariya supervises the firm's junior attorneys and leads depositions and settlement negotiations directly with opposing counsel. She is the attorney most clients work with day-to-day once a matter is in active litigation.

Dariya earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri. She built her civil-litigation practice from the ground up at Ott Law Firm.
