Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District / Feb 25, 2021

ANTHONY GROGAN, Petitioner-Respondent v. TINA MARIE GROGAN, Respondent-Appellant

Respondent

Tina Grogan (Mother) appealed an amended judgment dissolving her marriage to Anthony Grogan (Father), specifically challenging the child support calculation. Mother argued the trial court abused its discretion by not recalculating child support using Father's reduced obligation for children from a previous marriage, a change that occurred after the initial judgment but before the amended one. The appellate court agreed, reversing the child support calculations and award, and remanding the case for further proceedings on those issues. The amended judgment was affirmed in all other respects.
