State of Missouri vs. Brandon B. Howell
Brandon Howell was convicted of five counts of first-degree murder, armed criminal action, burglary, and stealing following a jury trial. On appeal, Howell raised four points of error concerning the exclusion of counsel from initial juror qualification, the use of numbers instead of names during voir dire, the denial of his motion for judicial recusal, and the admission of DNA likelihood ratio testimony. The appellate court found no error in the trial court's rulings on any of these points. Consequently, the judgment of the trial court was affirmed.
