On May 28, 2010, the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Southern District issued an opinion affirming in part and reversing in part the August 12, 2009, award and decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission). David G. McGhee v. W.R. Grace \& Co. (Mo. App. S.D., May 28, 2010) (SD30060 and SD30065). By mandate dated June 15, 2010, the Court remanded this matter to the Commission with directions to enter an award granting employee weekly wage benefits in the amount of $\ 161.91. In all other respects - including a 15 % enhancement of all benefits awarded the court affirmed the Commission's August 12, 2009, award.
Pursuant to the Court's mandate, we issue this award.
Employee's weekly permanent total disability benefit amount before enhancement is $\ 161.91 per week.
