On March 11, 2019, the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, issued an opinion affirming in part, reversing in part, and remanding with directions the July 3, 2018, award and decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) in this workers' compensation case. See *Customer Engineering Services vs. Mark Odom*, SD35638 (March 11, 2019). By mandate filed June 6, 2019, the Court confirmed its decision to reverse and remand this matter to the Commission with directions for the Commission to reduce the award of past medical expenses to $34,029.06, and in all other respects to affirm the award of the Commission.

Award

Pursuant to the Court's mandate, employer/insurer is liable for $34,029.06 in past medical expenses.

In all other respects, the Commission's award of July 3, 2018, remains in full force and effect.
