On October 1, 2019, the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, issued an opinion affirming in part and reversing in part the January 15, 2019, award and decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission). *Danny Harris v. Ralls County*, ED107606 (October 1, 2019). By mandate dated October 24, 2019, the Court confirmed its decision to affirm in part and reverse in part the Commission's award.

Pursuant to the Court's mandate, we issue this award.

Our prior award and decision of January 15, 2019, is hereby modified as follows.

Employee suffered 20% permanent partial disability of the body as a whole as a result of the work injury. Accordingly, at the stipulated weekly rate of compensation, employee is entitled to $26,477.60 in permanent partial disability benefits.

In all other respects, the Commission's award and decision is final.
