Jennifer Walker

Jennifer Walker is an associate attorney at Ott Law Firm, handling employment discrimination, personal injury, and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution. She takes client calls directly, drafts pleadings and discovery, and appears with lead counsel in negotiations with opposing counsel.

Her employment work focuses on EEOC charges — disability discrimination under the ADA, race and age discrimination, and retaliation — where the facts matter more than the label and where documentation determines leverage. She prepares cases on the theory that the record you build in the first ninety days after a charge is filed is the record that settles the case.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri. She joined Ott Law Firm after beginning her career at another St. Louis firm, where her early practice included family-law matters before she moved toward full-time civil and employment litigation.
