Treisa Gladney appealed a judgment in favor of ACWSTL on its claim for unjust enrichment, which followed a bench trial. The appellate court dismissed the appeal, finding that Gladney's brief failed to comply with the mandatory requirements of Rule 84.04(d) and (e). The court determined that the points on appeal were so deficient that they preserved nothing for review, as they did not clearly state wherein and why the trial court erred and improperly consolidated multiple independent claims.
