Benjamin Smith appealed the circuit court's judgment that expunged one of his criminal convictions but refused to expunge an additional conviction. Smith argued both convictions were part of the same course of criminal conduct under § 610.140, RSMo Supp. 2021. The appellate court affirmed the circuit court's judgment, finding no error in its application of the law or its factual determination that the offenses were not part of the same course of criminal conduct.
