Brayon J. Williams Missouri Cases

Brayon J. Williams appealed his conviction for possession of a controlled substance following a bench trial. He argued that he was immune from prosecution under section 195.205 because he was the subject of a good faith request for medical assistance for an overdose, and that the trial court erred in admitting evidence seized during an unlawful inventory search. The appellate court affirmed the judgment, holding that Williams waived the immunity defense by not raising it at trial.
