Julie Landwehr appealed pro se after the trial court dismissed her claim for a refund of attorney's fees and granted the law firm's counterclaims for breach of contract and unjust enrichment. The appellate court dismissed Landwehr's appeal, finding her brief substantially failed to comply with Supreme Court Rules 84.04 and 84.13(a) regarding statements of facts, points relied on, and argument development. The court also noted that Rule 4-1.5, concerning professional conduct, does not create a private cause of action for clients.
