Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District / Jul 29, 2019
STATE OF MISSOURI, Plaintiff-Respondent vs. CHRISTOPHER I BULLER, Defendant-Appellant
Christopher I. Buller was convicted of financially exploiting an elderly person and sentenced to thirty years' imprisonment. On appeal, Buller contended the trial court erred by admitting certain exhibits and by denying his motion to dismiss for insufficient evidence. The appellate court affirmed the conviction, finding that sufficient evidence supported the conviction and that Buller failed to demonstrate prejudice from the admission of the challenged exhibits.
