STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent vs. COLE YOUNGER, Appellant
Cole Younger appealed his conviction for the class A misdemeanor of interfering with custody, following a bench trial. He argued there was insufficient evidence to prove he knew he was removing D.A. from her father's custody and had no legal right to do so. The Southern District affirmed the conviction, finding that the trial court could reasonably infer Younger's knowledge and intent from his conduct before, during, and after taking D.A.
