State of Missouri vs. Danzel Reese
Danzel Reese appealed his convictions for involuntary manslaughter in the first degree and robbery in the first degree. He raised five points on appeal, including claims of biased jury selection, inconsistent verdicts, double jeopardy, improper closing arguments by the State, and an erroneous jury instruction for involuntary manslaughter. The appellate court affirmed the circuit court's judgment, finding no plain error in any of Reese's unpreserved claims.
