David G. Jungerman, as Trustee or Co-Trustee of the Jungerman Family Irrevocable Trust Missouri Cases

Plaintiffs Emily Riegel, Allan Pickert, and Joann Pickert initiated a wrongful death and fraudulent conveyance action against David Jungerman and others, alleging Jungerman killed attorney Thomas Pickert and conspired to hide assets.
