Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District / Mar 11, 2025
David P. Oetting, Appellant, v. City of Ladue, et al., Respondents.
David Oetting appealed the issuance of building permits by the City of Ladue to neighboring property owners, alleging the lot failed to meet frontage requirements. Ladue's Zoning Board of Adjustment dismissed Oetting's appeal as untimely, a decision subsequently affirmed by the circuit court. The appellate court affirmed the circuit court's judgment, holding that Oetting failed to file a timely appeal to the Board because he had notice of the permit's issuance well in advance of his appeal.
