Supreme Court of Missouri / Jun 14, 2022
State of Missouri, Respondent, vs. Daviune C. Minor, Appellant.
Daviune C. Minor was convicted of three counts of first-degree statutory sodomy and three counts of incest. On appeal, Minor challenged the admission of propensity evidence, the state's closing argument, expert testimony, and demonstrative exhibits, as well as the sufficiency of the evidence for two counts. The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed the circuit court's judgment, finding no error in the circuit court's rulings and concluding that Minor's first point on appeal was not properly preserved.
