Deryl Brown, Jr., Defendant, and Amani Investments LLC Missouri Cases

Amani Investments, LLC appealed a judgment awarding Shayna Veazie-Gallant damages for negligent misrepresentation and Missouri Merchandising Practices Act violations related to the sale of a duplex with undisclosed water damage and appliance issues. Amani also challenged the denial of its tortious interference counterclaim.
