Vertical Enterprise, LLC, appealed the circuit court's denial of its motion to compel arbitration of a loan repayment dispute with Disruption 8, LLC. Vertical argued that Disruption signed a valid arbitration provision in a contemporaneous operating agreement that was broad enough to cover the separate loan contract.
