Grandmother D.L. appealed the trial court's denial of her motions to intervene in the juvenile proceedings of her twin grandchildren, L.L. and L.L. The juvenile officer had filed petitions alleging the children were without proper care due to their mother's drug use. The appellate court determined it lacked jurisdiction to hear the appeal because there is no statutory authority for an immediate appeal of an interlocutory order denying intervention. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed.
