Lorie A. Lough appealed a trial court judgment that approved the sale of a limited liability company's assets and the distribution of proceeds, which was entered in accordance with a settlement agreement. Lough accepted her $3,000 distributive share of the sale proceeds. The appellate court dismissed her appeal, holding that by voluntarily accepting a benefit of the judgment with knowledge of the material facts, Lough abandoned her right to appeal.
