Dustin M. Bray, et al. Missouri Cases

Dustin M. Bray appealed the circuit court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. on Bray's claims of fraud and outrage, and on Wells Fargo's counterclaim to establish a superior interest in a property. Bray also challenged the dismissal of Envoy Mortgage, LP from his quiet title claim. The appellate court affirmed the circuit court's judgment, finding Bray failed to submit competent evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact regarding Wells Fargo's superior interest and that the quiet title claim against Envoy was moot due to Envoy's disclaimer of interest.
