Taneycomo Lakefront Resort and RV Park, LLC, appealed a summary judgment granted to Empire District Electric Company in a boundary dispute. The dispute arose after a new survey placed the "715 line" for Lake Taneycomo much higher than previously believed, affecting property ownership and taxes. The appellate court reversed the summary judgment and remanded the case for further proceedings, finding it indistinguishable from its recent decision in Predovic, which involved similar facts and claims regarding a § 516.070 adverse possession claim.
