Nancy J. Ducoulombier sued Ford Motor Company for negligence and wrongful death, alleging Ford failed to provide proper medical attention to her husband after he became incapacitated at work, leading to his death. The circuit court granted summary judgment for Ford, concluding that the Division of Workers' Compensation had exclusive statutory authority over the claim.
