Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District / Mar 10, 2020
STATE OF MISSOURI, Plaintiff-Respondent v. GABRIEL NICHOLAS WOOD, Defendant-Appellant
Gabriel Nicholas Wood appealed his convictions for first-degree burglary, second-degree child molestation, and third-degree assault, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support the findings of guilt. The trial court, after a bench trial, had convicted Wood. The appellate court affirmed the convictions, finding sufficient evidence to establish that Wood unlawfully remained in the victim's home with intent to commit a crime, and that he was the perpetrator of the child molestation and assault.
