Glenn B. Mansfield, Appellant, vs. State of Missouri, Respondent.
Glenn B. Mansfield was certified as an adult and subsequently convicted by a jury of first-degree robbery, first-degree assault, and armed criminal action, for which he received a total sentence of twenty years. His judgment and sentences were affirmed on direct appeal. Mansfield then sought post-conviction relief under Rule 29.15, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel during his juvenile certification and trial. An evidentiary hearing was held on these claims, where Mansfield, trial counsel, and appellate counsel testified.
