Jeffrey L. Bruner appealed the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief. The appellate court determined that Bruner's amended motion was filed one day late, rendering it untimely. Because the motion court lacked authority to rule on the untimely amended motion and failed to adjudicate all claims from Bruner's timely filed pro se motion, the appellate court concluded that the motion court's order was not a final, appealable judgment. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed.
