Supreme Court of Missouri / Jun 1, 2021
Jesse Driskill, Appellant, vs. State of Missouri, Respondent.
Jesse Driskill appealed the circuit court's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief, following his convictions for two counts of first-degree murder and other felonies, for which he received death sentences. Driskill alleged multiple Brady violations by the State and ineffective assistance of trial counsel. The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed the circuit court's judgment, finding its findings of fact and conclusions of law were not clearly erroneous regarding all claims, including the constitutionality of postconviction time limits.
