Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District / May 30, 2023
STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent v. JESSE WARREN DEVORE, Appellant
Jesse Warren Devore was convicted of six counts of sexual misconduct involving a child after five boys reported separate incidents of him exposing himself or masturbating in public. Devore appealed the judgment, raising five points of error, including the trial court's failure to declare a mistrial, the admission of video evidence, the sufficiency of the evidence for two counts, and the refusal to sever counts. The appellate court affirmed the trial court's judgment, finding no merit in any of Devore's points on appeal.
