Lynn Schieve, Individually and as a Member of the Carroll Meyer Family Limited Liability Company, LLC vs. John Meyer
Lynn Schieve, individually and as a member of the Carroll Meyer Family Limited Liability Company, LLC, sued John Meyer, the LLC's manager, alleging breach of fiduciary duty for misusing LLC funds and failing to make distributions.
