J.W. ex rel. A.W., Appellant, v. St. Louis Public Schools, et al., Respondents.
J.W. sued St. Louis Public Schools and Marion Wilford, alleging sex discrimination and retaliation. The circuit court granted judgment on the pleadings for the defendants. On appeal, J.W.'s counsel failed to timely file the record on appeal and omitted the operative First Amended Petition. The appellate court dismissed the appeal due to the appellant's repeated failures to provide an adequate and timely record, despite extensions and court orders.
