Barry Wheeles, acting pro se, appealed a judgment in favor of Karen Leigh Wheeles on her motion for contempt, which arose from a Kansas dissolution judgment registered in Missouri. The appellate court dismissed Husband's appeal, finding that he failed to file a complete record on appeal as required by Rule 81.12. Specifically, he omitted the dissolution judgment, separation agreement, and other relevant pleadings and transcripts necessary for meaningful appellate review of his claims.
