Appellant

Keith Bradford, incarcerated in Butler County, filed a declaratory judgment suit challenging his continued confinement without a subsequent warrant or order of commitment. The trial court granted a motion to dismiss. On appeal, the appellate court determined that the case was moot because Bradford was no longer incarcerated and had pled to the underlying offense. Consequently, the court dismissed the appeal, declining to issue an advisory opinion.
