KENNETH BELL AND NEZ, INC., Plaintiffs-Appellants vs. BALDWIN CHEVROLET CADILLAC, INC., Defendant-Respondent
Kenneth Bell and NEZ, Inc. (Appellants) sued Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac, Inc. (Respondent) seeking rescission of a car sale contract, and the trial court granted summary judgment for Respondent. Appellants appealed this judgment, but the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, dismissed the appeal. The court found that Appellants' brief contained significant violations of Rule 84.04, including a multifarious point relied on, a deficient argument section, and an inadequate statement of facts, which collectively impeded the resolution of the case.
