Krystal M. Scroggs vs. State of Missouri
Krystal M. Scroggs appealed the denial of her Rule 29.15 motion, alleging ineffective assistance of appellate and trial counsel. She contended appellate counsel failed to challenge the sufficiency of evidence for first-degree child endangerment, felony murder, and abandonment of a corpse.
