Leo B. Robinson Missouri Cases

Leo B. Robinson, Jr. appealed his conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm, arguing that section 571.070, the statute prohibiting felons from possessing firearms, is unconstitutional as applied to him under both the United States and Missouri Constitutions. The Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, affirmed the trial court's judgment.
