Linda Miller appealed the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's decision to dismiss her Application for Review (AFR) of an administrative law judge's workers' compensation awards. The Commission dismissed Miller's AFR, finding it failed to comply with the specificity requirements of 8 C.S.R. 20-3.030(3)(A). The appellate court reversed the Commission's decision, holding that Miller's attached sheets to her AFR provided sufficient detail regarding her challenge to the ALJ's findings. The case was remanded to the Commission to overrule the motion to dismiss and proceed with Miller's AFR.
