Carlos Guerra vs. Locarno Partners, LP
Carlos Guerra appealed the circuit court's judgment, which ruled against him on his claims of intentional interference with contract and breach of contract, and in favor of Locarno Partners, LP, on its counterclaims for breach of lease agreements. The appellate court dismissed Guerra's appeal due to numerous and significant briefing deficiencies, including a nonsensical point relied on, an argumentative statement of facts, and undeveloped arguments, all in violation of Rule 84.04.
