Husband appealed the Family Court's denial of his motion to compel arbitration in a dissolution of marriage case, arguing an arbitrator, not the court, should determine the conscionability of their antenuptial agreement. The appellate court affirmed, holding that under the Missouri Uniform Arbitration Act, the Family Court retains its statutory authority to determine the conscionability of such agreements as a ground for contract revocation.
