Missouri Bond Company, LLC, a tax sale purchaser, appealed the dismissal of its claims seeking reimbursement for postage, title search, and attorney's fees incurred in a tax sale. The trial court had granted motions to dismiss from St. Louis County, its Collector, a surety, and the redeeming property owners.
