Rodd Kurz appealed a judgment dissolving his marriage to Michelle Kurz, which also divided property and awarded child custody and support. The respondent moved to strike the appellant's brief and dismiss the appeal due to briefing deficiencies. The appellate court found the appellant's brief failed to comply with Rule 84.04 regarding factual assertions, number of authorities, and statements of preservation and standard of review. Additionally, the appellant failed to make offers of proof for excluded testimony and presented multifarious points on appeal. Consequently, the court granted the respondent's motion and dismissed the appeal.
