Midwest Neurosurgeons, LLC, et al. Missouri Cases

Midwest Neurosurgeons, LLC, and related entities appealed a trial court judgment in favor of April Cain in an action for breach of contract, suit on account, and unjust enrichment to collect medical debt. Appellants argued the trial court erred in excluding various exhibits on grounds of business records, hearsay, and best evidence rules.
