Randall E. Burns, et al Missouri Cases

Randall Burns, Amanda Burns, and the Estate of Nicole Burns appealed a judgment against Randall for battery, awarding Jason Taylor $50,000 in actual and $50,000 in punitive damages, and the denial of their motion for new trial.
