Regina Clark (Mother) appealed an amended dissolution judgment that awarded James Clark (Father) sole legal and physical custody of their children and purported to grant Mother restricted visitation. The trial court's judgment impermissibly delegated judicial authority to therapists to determine Mother's visitation schedule. The appellate court reversed the judgment and remanded the cause for further proceedings, agreeing that the visitation provision constituted an improper delegation of judicial authority.
