Richard "Neil" Howe Missouri Cases

Time Warner Cable Midwest, LLC appealed a judgment confirming an arbitrator's award in favor of Richard "Neil" Howe against Heartland Midwest, LLC, and argued the trial court erred in denying its motion to intervene.
