STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent vs. RODRIGO J. DIAZ, Appellant
Rodrigo J. Diaz appealed his conviction for first-degree felony drug trafficking, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence presented at trial. The State presented evidence of 107 grams of methamphetamine, packaged in four smaller bags, and expert testimony on its street value and number of "hits." The Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, affirmed the conviction, finding sufficient evidence for a reasonable juror to infer Diaz intended to distribute or deliver the methamphetamine.
