Maral Annayeva appealed the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's denial of her workers' compensation claim for injuries sustained from a fall at her workplace. The Commission had affirmed the ALJ's decision, finding Annayeva failed to prove her injury arose out of and in the course of her employment. The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed the Commission's denial, holding that Annayeva did not establish the injury came from a hazard or risk unrelated to employment, as her testimony regarding the floor's condition was not credible.
