Mother appealed a judgment modifying a paternity decree, which awarded Father sole legal custody and significantly limited Mother's physical custody of their daughter. The trial court adopted Father's proposed parenting plan verbatim. The appellate court reversed and remanded, finding the trial court erred by restricting Mother's visitation without the statutorily required findings of endangerment or impairment, and by failing to formally adopt and attach a specific parenting plan to its judgment. The court also affirmed that the trial judge was not biased.
