Steven L. Holdeman, et al vs. Phillip Stratman, et al
Philip Stratman appealed a jury verdict finding him 99% at fault for injuries Steven Holdeman sustained in a motor vehicle collision, which also awarded Mrs. Holdeman damages for loss of consortium.
