Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District / Jun 26, 2018

Timothy A. Wolf vs. State of Missouri

Appellant

Timothy A. Wolf appealed the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief, which alleged ineffective assistance of plea counsel after he pled guilty to felony non-support and had his probation revoked. After filing his appeal, Wolf absconded and remained at large. The Western District of the Missouri Court of Appeals dismissed Wolf's appeal pursuant to the escape rule, finding that his flight adversely affected the criminal justice system and disentitled him from seeking judicial resources.
